  • Cut roast crosswise into 4 pieces; shred with 2 forks
  • Add beef, beans and salsa to liquid in pan
  • Heat over med heat until hot, stirring occasionally
  • Place beef mixtrue in flour tortillas
  • Add toppings*, as desired
  • *Toppings: sour cream, shredded cheese, onion, tomatoes, additional salsa
