Beef and Black Bean Burritos

- 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 lbs cooked roast beef shopping list
- 3/4 c. canned black beans, drained shopping list
- 1/2 c Chipotle salsa shopping list
- 8 (8") flour tortillas shopping list
- Optional toppings* shopping list
How to make it
- Transfer liquid from pot roast to medium sauce pan
- Cut roast crosswise into 4 pieces; shred with 2 forks
- Add beef, beans and salsa to liquid in pan
- Heat over med heat until hot, stirring occasionally
- Place beef mixtrue in flour tortillas
- Add toppings*, as desired
- *Toppings: sour cream, shredded cheese, onion, tomatoes, additional salsa
