OMG, I cannot wait to try this, I am going out to the store now to gather ingredients. Thanks so much for sharing. :-)

I'd like to try this.

Jakarta,
Thanks. I love this and had to write down the recipe as it was just in my head. I love lots of garlic and really put a lot more in, same with the hot sauce...but not many people are that insane. It can actually be a quick and easy meal to prepare, especially if you have your pasta pot ready and a pot to drop the shrimp into, all the while working on the "sauce". My mouth is now watering! Let me know how you like it, if you try it.

Yummie! we all love pasta and garlic and our cat (strange cat! lol) is addicted to parmesan (he is not even italian but an "imported" greek streetcat).. will try it out tomorrow!

Oh yum, this is going to be my dinner tonight! Easy enough and well within my time frame after a long day at work. I'm exhausted when I get home and I certainly appreciate the meals that come together fast. Most everything is a staple in my pantry and I just need to message the husband to pick up some shrimp! I'll add my extra spice to my plate and let his stay wimpy wimpy wimpy! LOL

This sound sooooo good. Will try this soon!

This recipe is WONDERFUL!! I made it about 2 weeks and ago and it was a big hit. I am making it tonight for a romantic dinner with my husband! Thank you!!

Sounds great! I will try this tonight.

Very, Very good stuff. I found some nice uncooked shrimp in the freezer and was surfing for an easy recipe to go with the penne noodles in the cupboard,(I love penne.) Most recipies had numerous items that I didn't have in the kitchen; for this one I was only missing the peppers, so went out and got a greeny. We loved it! Boiled my own shrimp and whipped this treasure out super fast.

If you can't handle the heat, use only a very small amount of hot sauce, but it does add some nice flavor.
The same is true for the amount of garlic.
Reduce or remove the offending flavor but it won't be quite the same recipe, but stil good.
