- 1 dozen of good philly Italian rolls, meaning they need to be long italian crunchy rolls. Cubed and place in a large bowl shopping list
- milk, shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- Saute in skillet: shopping list
- 1 pound of bacon, scoop out when fried leaving the fat,. shopping list
- Add to the fat shopping list
- 2 large onions cut up fine shopping list
- celery, only the hearts inside from one celery should be enough, cut fine add to fat along with onion shopping list
- (OPIONAL, after onion and celery is soft add and chop in gizzards) shopping list
How to make it
- Pour some milk over the bread. Moisten it do not soak it.
- Add the eggs, beaten up a bit
- add the bacon
- add all from the skillet
- add good amount of salt
- pepper
- and poutry seasoning a good amount
- Sorry gang we still stuff our bird. I guess you can bake this in a pan adding butter to the top while baking or some stock.
