Ingredients
  • 1 dozen of good philly italian rolls, meaning they need to be long italian crunchy rolls. Cubed and place in a large bowl
  • milk,
  • 3 eggs
  • Saute in skillet:
  • 1 pound of bacon, scoop out when fried leaving the fat,.
  • Add to the fat
  • 2 large onions cut up fine
  • Celery, only the hearts inside from one celery should be enough, cut fine add to fat along with onion
  • (OPIONAL, after onion and celery is soft add and chop in gizzards)

Directions
  1. Pour some milk over the bread. Moisten it do not soak it.
  2. Add the eggs, beaten up a bit
  3. add the bacon
  4. add all from the skillet
  5. add good amount of salt
  6. pepper
  7. and poutry seasoning a good amount
  8. Sorry gang we still stuff our bird. I guess you can bake this in a pan adding butter to the top while baking or some stock.
