20 minute cookies. Seriously! Fast, easy, cheap, perfect for the autumn months... and tasty! If you omit the eggs, they are only 1 Weight Watchers Point per cookie!

Ingredients
  • 1 box carrot or spice cake mix
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Combine cake mix, pumpkin and egg and beat with mixer.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips
  4. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick spray
  5. Drop mixture by spoonful (1.5-2 inch diameter) on cookie sheet
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden
  7. Enjoy
