How to make it

  • Pre-heat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas mark 4.
  • Combine the Chermoula ingredients and season to taste(i use sea salt)
  • Place the fish on a lightly oiled baking tray and top the fish with a thick coating of the Chermoula mix,leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until the fish is opaque and begins to flake.
  • Serve with sliced tomatoes, green pepper and sauteed potato wedges(separate recipe) and salted lemon wedges,if desired.
