Tried and true and very delightful. This is an incredible blending of spices and a regular in my home. Every time I serve this recipe to family and friends I am very popular. We love it.

Ingredients
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped white onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 pound can pork and beans
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Brown well in a skillet then place in baking dish.
  3. Sauté onions and peppers in margarine.
  4. Add garlic, beans, chili sauce, brown sugar and mustard.
  5. Mix well and pour over chops.
  6. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
