Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef

1 envelope onion soup mix

1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes

1-1/2 c. water

3/4 c. rice

1/2 bag frozen broccoli, or 1 can sweet peas

Directions

Brown meat; drain.

Add onion soup mix, water, tomatoes, rice, and broccoli to the ground beef. Mix well.

Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top and cover about 2 minutes until cheese is melted.
