How to make it
- Preheat oven to 250oF.
- Pour oil over crackers and stir until all coated. Sprinkle seasoning mix, dill weed and garlic salt over crackers and stir to coat well. (I sometimes buy Ranch mix in large containers and I'll add more than two servings because I really like the flavor).
- Put crackers into large pan and put in oven.
- Stir every 15 minutes until the oil is absorbed.
- Cool, eat, enjoy.

Ahhhh memories.. right? We used to make these all the time... always kept them on hand in the winter as we eat lots of soups then.. Going to make some tomorrow... thanks for reminding me!
