These are some of the easiest waffles to make yet they are light and so crispy just begging for your favorite fruit topping and whipped cream yummy

Ingredients
  • 2 cups biscuit or baking mix
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup club soda

Directions
  1. In a small bowl combine the baking mix, eggs and oil mixing well.
  2. add the club soda and stir until smooth
  3. bake in a preheated waffle iron following manufactures directions until golden brown
  4. serve with your favorite syrups or toppings.
  5. variations fold in a 1/2 to 1 cup of fresh blueberries or sliced strawberries for a nice change of pace.
