Cream Puff In-A-Pan

- 1 c. water shopping list
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine shopping list
- 1 c. flour shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 x 4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix shopping list
- 2 c. milk shopping list
- 12 oz Cool Whip, thawed shopping list
- 1/4 c. chocolate syrup shopping list
- Grated chocolate shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a 2 quart saucepan, bring the water and butter to a boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in the flour. Add the eggs, one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
- Spread the batter in a greased 10 x 15 baking pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Cool in the pan on a wire rack.
- Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth, scraping the bowl occasionally. Add the pudding mixes and milk. Beat until well blended.
- Spread over the baked layer. Top with the Cool Whip.
- Chill, covered, in the refrigerator.
- Before serving, top with chocolate syrup and garnish with grated chocolate.
