How to make it

  • Cook edamame according to package directions; drain.
  • In a large skillet cook garlic in hot oil until tender.
  • Stir in bread crumbs, walnuts, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook and stir over medium heat about 4 minutes or until crumbs and walnuts are lightly browned and crisp.
  • Stir in edamame; heat through.

    Just love this recipe contains some of my favorite things, ie. garlic, beans and walnuts. yum. I'm following a low carb diet at the moment so I'd think twice about the bread crumbs. umm depends!

    Not the recipe I was looking for. The one I want is cold edamames, garlic, celantro, onions or radishes chopped fine but I dont' know what the dressing is on them. Does anyone have this recipe?
