This was a dip I threw together one night in a panic with whatever I had on hand. LOL! It went over really well and has been a staple ever since. I just love the "happy mistakes".

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • Lawrey's seasoning salt (to taste)
  • Garlic powder (to taste)
  • 2 jars Tostito Salsa con Quesa
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • Jalepeno powder (to taste)
  • 3 tbsp Newman's Own lime Salsa

Directions
  1. Brown ground beef with Lawrey's seasoning salt, garlic powder and a few shakes of jalepeno powder. Drain beef when browned and put back in pan.
  2. Add the two jars of Tostito cheese, the cream cheese and the salsa. Cook on low heat until bubbly.
  3. Put in crock pot to keep warm and serve with chips, fresh bread or crackers.
