How to make it

  • In a large skillet, combine asparagus, chicken broth, onions, garlic, peppers, and Italian seasoning.
  • Bring to a boil and reduce liquid to about 1/4-cup - about 10 minutes.
  • Drain cooked pasta and pour “cooked down” asparagus and peppers mixture over top - mixing well.
  • Sprinkle with the parsley and 5 good sprinkles of garlic salt.
  • Serve hot.
