Very simple, inexpensive, good meal for whole family - especially kids

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup apricot preserve or jelly
- 1/2 bottle Russian Dressing
- 1 package lipton onion soup mix
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup water
- 2-3 cups white rice
Directions
- Brown 4-6 chicken breasts
- mix all other ingredients in a bowl
- add the sauce to chicken after browned
- simmer on stove top apprx. 25 minutes or
- if time allows - can put in oven uncovered for 30-35 minutes
- serve over with rice
- ENJOY!!!

There are lots of ways to make Russian Dressing. The easiest (cheating) is to add ketchup to mayonnaise....voila (pardon my French)you have Russian Dressing!
