Oh lol it does become thicker when i cools. :)

This sounds really really good especially the spicy next day part. I know the micro is an easy way to make the chicken but can baked chicken be used or can the chicken be braised before adding everything else?? My mouth is watering at the sound of this one!
Thanks
Bill

Wow! Had yesterday off and made this. Used the mild Ro-tel and it was great, nice smooth mild flavors with a bit of a bite in the background, real easy on the heat. Let it sit until this morning and had it for breakfast at 0600 hrs (I can eat anything anywhere anytime and that sometimes grosses out the people at work), You're right the heat does elevate and it did thicken quite a bit but it was out of this world! Slapped a little parmesan on top and was in heaven. This is a winner. Is this an original recipe of yours??
Great post! Now I am going to try the hot version for a tailgating party coming up and see how that is. Also looking at experimenting with crab, shrimp and lobster with this with the mild.
Thanks!
Bill
