Corn custard this is an old Delmonte recipe. Not sure if it is even old. But a friend makes this and I LOVE IT! Mix it all in the pan and how easy is that! It is so good.

Ingredients
  • This is done in a pie plate. When you double or triple this recipe remember everything is done in 3’s(3 cans corn, 3 eggs,3 sugars). When doubling or tripling, use bigger pan. This recipe gets mixed right into the pan.
  • To the pan add:
  • 2 cans regular Delmonte corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 3 eggs beaten with sugar
  • 3 TBL sugar
  • 9 small little chunks of butter, placed into the mixture. (Very little chunks)
  • Pepper for top.

Directions
  1. 350 for 35 minutes
  2. I was told when you shake it and it jiggles its not done!
