So you're craving some chowder but don't have the time to slave over a stove? Here you go. An incredibly fast, and simple chowder recipe - lose the cooking time without losing the taste!

Ingredients
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can New England clam chowder
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 (6.5 oz) can clams, minced
  • 4 cups half-and-half cream
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp margarine

Directions
  1. Cook the onion and celery in butter (or margarine) in large pan. Add the clam chowder, cream of celery, and cream of potato soup, clams, and half-and-half. Heat through completely.
  2. NOTE: Although Half-and-half is best, you may substitute milk.
