How to make it

  • Mix together and bake for ½ hour at 350º. Serve with crackers. (I usually buy the Pepperidge Farm Quartet which has four different crackers in it.) I bake mine in a small cooking dish from Pampered Chef. It’s not very big. It’s very easy to make. You’ll need a garlic press for the garlic if you use fresh. Then cut up the artichokes and mix the mayo and cheese and stir together. Enjoy!
