bland but not boring, chicken on a stick for kids

Ingredients
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • duck sauce
  • panko crumbs
  • wooden skewers

Directions
  1. slice up chicken lengthwise (about 1/2 inch thick)
  2. thread onto skewers (lengthwise)
  3. baste with duck sauce
  4. cover with panko crumbs
  5. grill until done
  6. serve with duck sauce for dipping
