EASY QUICK RECIPE. ALL YOU PEOPLE NEEDING A QUICK DINNER THIS IS FOR YOU. NEVER KNOW YOU BARELY SPENT ANY TIME.

  • 5-6 WHOLE PEELED AND CHOPPED POTATOES
  • 1/2 CHOPPED ONION OF YOUR CHOICE
  • 1 PKG BACON CHOPPED TO ABOUT 1 INCH PIECES
  • MILK(I USE 1 PERCENT BUT YOU CAN USE WHATEVER)
  • ABOUT 1/2 CUP BUTTER.
  • SHREDDED CARROTS(OPTIONAL)
  • GARLIC SEASONING
  • CELERY SEED
  • ABOUT A CUP OF CHEESE

Directions
  1. FRY UP YOUR BACON AND ONION
  2. I LIKE TO DRAIN THE GREASE WHEN DONE
  3. ADD TO CHOPPED POTATOES
  4. ADD BUTTER
  5. FILL MILK IN YOUR SOUP POT UNTILL COVERED AND BRING TO A BOIL
  6. LET SIMMER ON LOW UNTIL POTATOES ARE DONE \
  7. SERVE IN A BOWL AND TOP WITH SHREDDED CHEESE
  8. I ALWAYS NEED A DIPPER SO ANY BREAD OR BISCUITS ON THE SIDE FINISHES THIS MEAL OFF.
