How to make it

  • Thaw frozen spinach (chop and squeezed dry)
  • I usually run the frozen spinach under hot water if you are in a hurry.
  • Stir in soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise until blended.
  • Add water chestnuts.
  • Cover
  • Chill for 2 hours.
  • stir before serving
  • Don't eat it all!
