Ingredients
- 1 - 10 ounce box of frozen spinach( you can get this chopped already), chopped and squeezed dry shopping list
- 1 pacakage of vegetable dip, usually knorrs think lipton may have one. shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 - 8 ounce can water chestnuts, chopped and drained shopping list
How to make it
- Thaw frozen spinach (chop and squeezed dry)
- I usually run the frozen spinach under hot water if you are in a hurry.
- Stir in soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise until blended.
- Add water chestnuts.
- Cover
- Chill for 2 hours.
- stir before serving
- Don't eat it all!
