Banana in cocounut milk

Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk (niyog) shopping list
- 1 cup grated coconut meat shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 bananas, sliced thinly shopping list
- 2 sweet potatoes (skinned and cubed) shopping list
- 1 small ube, cubed shopping list
- 3 tbsp tapioca pearls shopping list
How to make it
- Place the coconut milk in a caserole.
- Stir the coconut milk until it thickens.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
