Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk (niyog)
- 1 cup grated coconut meat
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 bananas, sliced thinly
- 2 sweet potatoes (skinned and cubed)
- 1 small ube, cubed
- 3 tbsp tapioca pearls
Directions
- Place the coconut milk in a caserole.
- Stir the coconut milk until it thickens.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
