Gingerbread Pancakes Topped with Apples and Whipped Cream Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix all dry ingredients in bowl. In smaller bowl, mix all other ingredients. Combine until smooth. Pour 1/3 cup of batter on hot griddle. Turn once. Serve topped with apple pie filling, maple syrup and whipped cream.
  • For whipped cream, mix whipping cream with sugar and beat until fluffy.
