Diabetics won't feel deprived! An easy sugar-free dessert that tastes like an orange creamsicle. From Recipe Club on Net
Ingredients
- 1 package of sugar-free orange gelatin (.3 oz) shopping list
- 1/4 cup boiling water shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups cold milk (1 or 2 %) shopping list
- 1 package (1 oz) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- In a small bowl, dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water.
- In a mixing bowl, beat milk and instant pudding for 2 minutes. Add
- gelatin mixture and vanilla extract and mix well. Pour into
- individual serving dishes, a large serving bowl, or molds. Chill until firm and
- cold.
- Yield: 4 serving
