Gotta Have Heart Cherry Pistachio Bark

- 1-1/4 cups dried cherries shopping list
- 2 tablespoons water shopping list
- 2 (12 ounce) packages white chocolate chips shopping list
- 6 (2 ounce squares) vanilla candy bark shopping list
- 1-1/4 cups chopped red or green pistachios shopping list
How to make it
- In a small glass bowl place cherries and water
- Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, drain
- In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and bark
- Remove from heat
- Stir in cherries and pistachios
- Spread onto a wax paper lined 15 x 10 inch jellyroll pan
- Chill 1 hour or until firm
- Cut with a 3 inch heart-shaped cookie cutter, can use smaller one
- Store in airtight container
- NOTE: These little hearts are wonderful, and look beautiful on a tray mixed with cookies or other candies
