How to make it

  • In a small glass bowl place cherries and water
  • Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, drain
  • In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips and bark
  • Remove from heat
  • Stir in cherries and pistachios
  • Spread onto a wax paper lined 15 x 10 inch jellyroll pan
  • Chill 1 hour or until firm
  • Cut with a 3 inch heart-shaped cookie cutter, can use smaller one
  • Store in airtight container
  • NOTE: These little hearts are wonderful, and look beautiful on a tray mixed with cookies or other candies
