City Chicken Recipe
These are really good, haven't had them since I was much younger, have to make them again next week now that I found my recipe, lots of fond memories, mom use to make this alot when I was growing up.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs. cubed Pork
  • 1 1/2 lbs. cubed Veal
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Flour
  • Egg
  • Fine Cracker Crumbs
  • Wooden Skewers

Directions
  1. Place meat cubes alternately on skewer sticks. Season with salt and pepper. Roll in flour, then in beaten egg. Now roll in fine cracker crumbs. Brown in margarine or butter in frying pan.
  2. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350*
