How to make it

  • Place meat cubes alternately on skewer sticks. Season with salt and pepper. Roll in flour, then in beaten egg. Now roll in fine cracker crumbs. Brown in margarine or butter in frying pan.
  • Bake covered for 1 hour at 350*
