Stuffed Cheese

Yummers. Can't go wrong with this delight. What's not to love about it?
Ingredients
- 2 red waxed covered gouda or edam cheese (7 ounces each) shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese shopping list
- 3 tablespoons prepared mustard shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Cut thin slice off top of each cheese then using metal spoon scoop out center of cheese leaving red wax-covered shell about 1/4" in diameter.
- Shred cheese and combine with sour cream, blue cheese and mustard then beat until well blended.
- Spoon into cheese shell and sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
