How to make it

  • Cut the ribs separately
  • In small bowl, mix all the seasonings
  • About 1 or 2 hours before cooking, line on slit roasting pan
  • Season each side of ribs with seasoning mixture
  • Line the bottom of the roasting pan with aluminum foil to catch grease
  • Bake in a 450 degree oven, turn ribs occasionally until ribs are done
  • They will be crispy and the seasoning will flavor the ribs

    Have to say I dont know sazon seasoning, when I do ribs I like to simmer them in water just to cover, with garlic, ginger, salt and a piece of star anise, when cooked I marinate them with ginger, 5 spice, garlic, light soy sauce a sprinkling of cornflour, honey and good old tomato ketchup, give them an hour or more then add a drizzle of sesame oil, you can then do them the chinese way and deep fry or braise them in the oven.
