How to make it

  • slice pork into 1/2 inch strips
  • heat oil in a heavey skillet or wok over meduim high heat
  • add broccoli slaw and stir fry two to three minutes until crisp tender
  • remove from the skillet or wok and set aside
  • add pork to skillet or wok and stir fry for about five minutes until browned
  • add bell pepper and water
  • cover and cook for four minutes until pork is tender
  • add stir fry sauce and honey
  • return broccoli slaw to wok
  • stir well and cook two to three minutes to blend flavors
  • serve over the hot cooked rice
