Simple Kung Poa Pork Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound of boneless pork sirlion chops
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 16 oz bag of broccoli slaw
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup szechuan stir fry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups of hot cooked rice

Directions
  1. slice pork into 1/2 inch strips
  2. heat oil in a heavey skillet or wok over meduim high heat
  3. add broccoli slaw and stir fry two to three minutes until crisp tender
  4. remove from the skillet or wok and set aside
  5. add pork to skillet or wok and stir fry for about five minutes until browned
  6. add bell pepper and water
  7. cover and cook for four minutes until pork is tender
  8. add stir fry sauce and honey
  9. return broccoli slaw to wok
  10. stir well and cook two to three minutes to blend flavors
  11. serve over the hot cooked rice
