Simple Kung Poa Pork

- 1 pound of boneless pork sirlion chops shopping list
- 1 tablespoon oil shopping list
- 16 oz bag of broccoli slaw shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper cut into thin strips shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup szechuan stir fry sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon honey shopping list
- 2 cups of hot cooked rice shopping list
How to make it
- slice pork into 1/2 inch strips
- heat oil in a heavey skillet or wok over meduim high heat
- add broccoli slaw and stir fry two to three minutes until crisp tender
- remove from the skillet or wok and set aside
- add pork to skillet or wok and stir fry for about five minutes until browned
- add bell pepper and water
- cover and cook for four minutes until pork is tender
- add stir fry sauce and honey
- return broccoli slaw to wok
- stir well and cook two to three minutes to blend flavors
- serve over the hot cooked rice
