  • RIBS:
  • PLACE RIBS IN DUTCH OVEN, ADD APPLE HALVES, GARLIC, BEER, VINEGAR, ADD WATER TO COVER.
  • BRING TO A BOIL, REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL MEAT IS TENDER. DISCARD APPLES AND GARLIC.
  • SAUCE: COMBINE ALL IN SAUCEPAN.
  • STIR WELL AND BRING TO A BOIL, COOK STIRRING CONSTANTLY 10 MINUTES.
  • GRILLING RIBS:
  • BASTE RIBS WITH A SAUCE
  • GRILL COVERED OVER MEDIUM HOT COALS ABOUT 10 MINUTES, TURNING ONCE IN AWHILE, BASTING OFTEN
