Spicy and Cheesy Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

- 1 Tbsp. egg white shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper or 1/4 teaspoon of powdered chipotle chile shopping list
- or use both if you dare! shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 2 tsp. soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup very finely and freshly grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 cups raw, hulled pumpkin seeds shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Beat the egg white with a whisk until soft and foamy.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and toss well.
- Spread out on a parchment lined baking tray, in an even layer.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until the pumpkin seeds pop.
- Watch and make sure they don't burn.
- Let cool completely and store in a covered container.
