Cinnamon Toasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe
The pinch of cayenne is a little extra punch to the cinnamon and these are addictive crunchy bites.

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp. egg white
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 package of splenda
  • 2 cups raw, hulled pumpkin seeds
  • .

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Beat the egg white with a whisk until soft and foamy.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss well.
  4. Spread out on a parchment lined baking tray, in an even layer.
  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes until the pumpkin seeds pop.
  6. Watch so they don't burn/
  7. Let cool completely and store in a covered container
