Swedish Beetroot salad Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • cube the sliced beetroot into small squares and place in fairly large bowl (make sure you rinse fingers straight away after to prevent staining or wear gloves)
  • dice onion into small parts about the same size as beetroot and add to bowl
  • dice cored apple with peel on into small squares same as beetroot
  • place all ingredients into bowl and add sour cream and maynaise
  • add horseradish and mix through thoroughly till all the mixture is pink
  • add pepper to taste and serve
