- 3 TBS olive oil shopping list
- 3 lbs uncooked tri-tip beef cut into 1 inch cubes. shopping list
- 1 lb pork sausage shopping list
- 1 large white onion shopping list
- 15 oz beef stock shopping list
- 1 small can chipotle peppers in adobe sauce, chopped fine shopping list
- 1 square bittersweet chocolate shopping list
- 7 oz salsa verde shopping list
- 12 oz bottled cream stout shopping list
- 1 oz spiced rum shopping list
- 1 lime, juiced shopping list
- 1.5 TBS ground black pepper shopping list
- 1.5 TBS chipotle powder shopping list
- 2 TBS Ancho chili powder shopping list
- 1 TBS "10" seasoning blend shopping list
- 2 TBS liquid smoke shopping list
- 3 TBS ground cumin shopping list
- 3 TBS brown sugar shopping list
- 1 can diced tomatoes w/ garlic shopping list
- 2 cans roasted diced tomatoes shopping list
- 3 cans black beans, rinsed and drained shopping list
How to make it
- Heat olive oil in a large pan
- brown beef and cook until browned stirring occasionally
- remove beef from pan
- cook sausage and onion in pan until sausage is browned then drain well
- combine all ingredients in a slow cooker
- cook on low for 8 hours stirring occasionally
- (optional) Refrigerate over night, skim fat from top before reheating.
