How to make it

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan
  • brown beef and cook until browned stirring occasionally
  • remove beef from pan
  • cook sausage and onion in pan until sausage is browned then drain well
  • combine all ingredients in a slow cooker
  • cook on low for 8 hours stirring occasionally
  • (optional) Refrigerate over night, skim fat from top before reheating.
