yummy salad for warm summer days - can add a tot of brandy to oranges and raisins....lovely

- 6 large carrots, grated
- 1 tin mandarin segments
- handful of raisins
Directions
- soak raisins in mandarin segments for a few hours
- add to grated carrots and mix
