How to make it

  • brown lamb
  • add onions brown for further 5 min
  • add 2 cups water and salt bring to the boil
  • skim froth cover and cook for 45 min
  • add carrots cook for 30min more
  • drain sauce and reduce to 1 cup
  • arrange meat, peas and carrots in an oven dish
  • in a small pan carefully mix the yogurt and flour
  • slowly add boiling sauce, stirring constantly
  • beat in the egg yolks
  • pour sauce over meat and bake in hot oven f or 10-15 min until golden brown
