Potato Quiche Recipe

How to make it

  • preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • press thawed hashbrowns between paper towels to remove excess moisture
  • fit hash browns into a 10 ich pie plate forming a solid crust
  • brush the potato crust with the melted butter being sure to butter the top edges
  • bake the crust for 25 minutes
  • remove crust from oven and reduce oven tempeture to 350 degrees
  • sprinkle the cheeses, and ham evenly over the crust
  • beat the half and half , eggs, and the seasoning salt together
  • pour over the cheese, ham and crust
  • bake for 35 to 40 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
