Chili cheese dip Recipe

How to make it

  • in a med. sauce pan melt butter and scramble eggs
  • add chili and drained hominy ,simmer for 20 mins stir occationally
  • remove from heat and mix in 1 1/2 cups of cheese
  • sprinkle remainder of cheese over the top
  • serve with fritos or chips

    The hominy and eggs really make this a stand out from all of the rest of the chili cheese dips out there, you have my 5 fork rating.

    ya i thought the hominy was wierd to but it fits in pretty good with this recipe, and everyone who has tried it liked it alot

    Now this is different! Only one person in my house likes hominy, and that's me. I might cut this recipe way down and try it just myself.
