Ingredients

2 cans of chili with beans

2 cups of mexican cheese

small can of hominy

2 eggs

2 tbsp butter

Directions

in a med. sauce pan melt butter and scramble eggs

add chili and drained hominy ,simmer for 20 mins stir occationally

remove from heat and mix in 1 1/2 cups of cheese

sprinkle remainder of cheese over the top

serve with fritos or chips

Ya i thought the hominy was wierd to but it fits in pretty good with this recipe, and everyone who has tried it liked it alot
