- 2 lbs. chopped cauliflower shopping list
- 2 lbs. chopped, small cucumbers shopping list
- 2 lbs. chopped green beans shopping list
- 2 lbs. chopped green peppers shopping list
- 2 lbs. chopped red peppers shopping list
- 2 lbs. chopped mushrooms shopping list
- 2 tins black olives (19 oz.) sliced or chopped shopping list
- 3 lbs. small pickling onions shopping list
- 2 jars stuffed olives shopping list
- fresh carrots (sliced or grated) shopping list
- 4 cans solid tuna (in vegetable broth or unsalted) shopping list
- 68 oz. ketchup shopping list
- 1 1/2 C. vinegar shopping list
- 1 1/2 C. oil shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the tuna, olives, and mushrooms and set aside.
- Boil the beans for a few minutes.
- Put the ketchup, vinegar, and oil in a very large pot.
- Add all the vegetables (except the tuna mix) and boil for 10 minutes.
- Mix everything together.
- Pour into glass pint canning jars (22-28 pints) and process in a hot water sealer for 15 minutes.
