This is a nice healthy bar...so tasty and filling for that empty 3 pm feeling..not hard to make...

Ingredients
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup finely diced dried apricots
  • 3/4 cup Equal Spoon for Spoon
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup low fat apricot yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions
  1. Combine oats, apricots, Equal, almonds and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine water, yoghurt and butter and fold into oat mixture.
  3. Press mixture into a lined lamington tin, sprinkle with sesame seeds and mark into 24 bars.
  4. Bake at 190 degrees celsius for 20 minutes until crisp and golden brown.
  5. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
