Mixed Greens And Chicken Pie

- 2 frozen pie crusts shopping list
- 1 - 16 oz. can mustard greens shopping list
- 2 green onions shopping list
- 24 oz. sour cream shopping list
- ½ tablespoon salt shopping list
- 6 grilled chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 - 16 oz. can turnip Greens shopping list
- 2 ribs celery shopping list
- 6 med. yukon gold potatoes shopping list
- ½ tablespoon black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Thaw frozen pie dough and press into a 9" x 13" oblong baking dish, prick bottom of crust with a fork, bake at 350 degrees until light brown.
- Thoroughly drain Turnip and Mustard Greens, squeezing into a ball to make sure no liquid remains, place into a bowl. Chop onions and celery, place in bowl with greens and mix to combine.
- Peal golden Yukon Potatoes, chop into pieces a little bigger than bite size, place into 4 qt. saucepan and boil until fork tender.
- In a 4 or 5 qt. mixer bowl, add the salt, pepper, butter and cooked potatoes.
- Mix until well blended.
- Pour mixed greens into the bottom of the pie shell, add grilled chicken breasts, top with sour cream, making sure to completely cover the chicken, top with mashed potatoes and bake for 30 minutes or until hot all the way through.
