How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350
  • Drain pineapple, reserve juice
  • Mix flour, sugar, shortening, milk, powder, lemon peel, vanilla, salt and egg in large bowl.
  • Fold in blueberries and pineapple
  • Spread in ungreased square pan, 8x8x2
  • Prepare Crumb Topping and sprinkle evenly on top
  • Bake about 45 – 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
  • Serve warm with Pineapple Sauce
