How to make it

  • Combine Maggi sauce, fish sauce and soy sauce then add pepper.
  • Marinade meat for 1 hour before draining reserving marinade.
  • Cut 3/4 cup broccoli then peel and slice stems then chop leaves.
  • Shred basil and lime leaves.
  • In large wok over medium heat sauté garlic in oil then stir fry the noodles until they turn brown.
  • Remove and turn heat to high and briefly stir fry the pork to seal it.
  • In a large saucepan heat water then stir in and boil briefly the marinade and arrowroot.
  • Add meat and other ingredients except noodles and stir occasionally for 10 minutes.
  • Add noodles and continue to cook for 4 minutes to complete the dish.
  • Serve in individual bowls.
