I love any thing tasty and sweet, but have loved these since I was a kid

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 oz butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions
  1. Mix 3 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon and sprinkle over dough. Roll up like a sponge and cut into slices. Place on a floured oven tray, bake 10-15 minutes at 230ºC.
