How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325
  • Cook the breakfast meat
  • Line 9" glass pie pan with crust - bake if necessary (not needed if using prepared pie crust)
  • Layer a healthy portion of shredded cheese evenly in the pie pan, about 1 cup
  • Layer the cooked & drained breakfast meat over the cheese
  • In a separate bowl, combine the eggs and milk/cream. Pour over the meat and cheese
  • Bake uncovered for 40 minutes
  • Cut into quarters and serve with mixed fruit and preferred breakfast beverages
