Slow Slow Oven Baked Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Slow Slow Oven Baked Baby Back Ribs Recipe
We love these ribs cooked in the oven! Cook as many as your oven will hold! Sprinkle with your favorite dry rub, barbeque sauce, seal in heavy duty foil, and slow, slow, bake in oven.

Ingredients
  • Baby back ribs
  • Olive oil
  • Dry rub (we like Rendezvous, Memphis rub)
  • Barbeque sauce (I mix several favorites)
  • Heavy duty foil
  • NOTE: Have added onion slices, garlic, lemon slices, jalapeno peppers BEFORE adding the barbeque sauce

Directions
  1. Prepare ribs for cooking
  2. Place ribs on heavy duty foil
  3. Sprinke with olive oil
  4. Sprinkle with dry rub
  5. Pour desired amount of favorite barbeque sauce over ribs
  6. Seal tightly
  7. Place aluminum package of ribs in pan
  8. Place pan in a 300 degree oven (can bake at 250 degrees, longer)
  9. Cook 3 hours (can cook a little longer)
  10. Remove from oven
  11. CAREFULLY open foil at seam for the most mouth-watering, fall-off-the-bone-oven-baked-ribs ever!
  12. Add more warmed barbeque sauce, if desired.
  13. ENJOY

Sounds good. Since they have taken away our grilling here at complex we have to sneak late at night to do. Can grill 10 feet away from building but can't store grill on patio or in apartment. (duh huh?)

These sound incredible! I love ribs! I will try this recipe the next time I make ribs.

Gonna give these a try tonight...Can't wait for supper.....;D

Try wrapping the ribs in plastic wrap and then in foil. They are soooooo juicy and tender.
