Once again, a no fuss recipe that tastes superb

Ingredients
  • 8-12 chiken pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 60 ml tomato sauce (1/4 cup)
  • 30 ml chutney (3 tablespoons)
  • 30 ml worcester sauce (3 tablespoons)
  • 2,5 ml mustard (1/2 teaspoon)
  • 5 ml curry powder (1 teaspoon)
  • 125 ml warm water (1/2 cup)
  • 1 green pepper, cut into pieces
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 15 ml butter or margarine (1 tablespoon heaped)

Directions
  1. Place chicken pieces in a casserole dish.
  2. Mix everything else together.
  3. Pour over chicken.
  4. Bake at 190 degrees for 2 hours.
