How to make it

  • Cut knockwurst into small cubes.
  • Mince pickles and onion.
  • Mix vinegar, mustard and oil then add salt, pepper, paprika and sugar.
  • Adjust seasonings if desired.
  • Add capers and mix well.
  • Stir in knockwurst, pickles and onions.
  • Just before serving garnish with chopped parsley.
