Bavarian Sausage Salad

- 1/2 pound knockwurst cooked and cooled shopping list
- 2 small pickles shopping list
- 1 medium onion shopping list
- 3 tablespoons vinegar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon capers shopping list
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Cut knockwurst into small cubes.
- Mince pickles and onion.
- Mix vinegar, mustard and oil then add salt, pepper, paprika and sugar.
- Adjust seasonings if desired.
- Add capers and mix well.
- Stir in knockwurst, pickles and onions.
- Just before serving garnish with chopped parsley.
