Ingredients

30 ml coffee powder of your choice (2 heaped tablespoons)

30 ml brown sugar (2 heaped tablespoons)

80 ml hot water (1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons)

500 ml cream (2 cups)

750 ml milk (3 cups)

600 ml ice cream (2 cups + 1/2 cup)

Kahlua liqueur, or any creamy liqueur you like

Directions

Mix the water, coffee and sugar until sugar dissolves.

Mix the cream, milk and liqueuer together.

Combine the two mixtures.

Beat in the ice cream.

You can add more ice cream, depending on how thick you like it.

Make this 2 days in advance.

Serve with whipped cream or an ice cream ball on top.
