Helgi & Finbogi’s Skele-snacks for Halloween. Make no bones about it, these cookies are a crowd pleaser!

Knead the black food coloring into the sugar cookie dough until the color of the dough is even.
You may need to cover and chill, depending on the consistency and directions on the package.
Preheat oven per instructions.
Roll out dough thick on a lightly floured surface.
Cut into shapes with cookie cutters and transfer to a cookie sheet
Bake per instructions. Remove from the oven and let cool on baking sheets or cooling racks.
Using the white icing, decorate the cookies with “bones” so they resemble your favorite skeletons, Helgi & Finbogi.
